Petunija is an alternative singer and songwriter from the Baltics. After releasing her latest EP “Your Highness” (2023), and gaining recognition through both collaborative and solo works, she received the Breakthrough of the Year award at the Lithuanian M.A.M.A. music awards in 2024.

Growing up in the 90s Lithuania had a profound impact on her personality and music. Her humble upbringing in a newly independent country and her dream of becoming a Rock Star as seen on early MTV, she writes about both -  human connection and the global experiences. In her view, a song should always make you feel something.

Petunija’s music is nostalgic, energetic, passionately written, and heavily melodic, occasionally exploring authentic ethno sounds. You could describe it as rock, dream pop, alternative, or simply pop, and you might be right each time.
